The monograph discusses a wide range of the most significant, relevant and far from fully studied theoretical problems of the state, more precisely, the state organization of public life.
The author reveals the defects, immanently and a priori inherent in the democratic method of formation, organization and functioning of state power, outlines possible paths and forms of their overcoming.
