State elemental estimate norms for equipment installation. Part 26. Equipment of textile enterprises

State estimated standards. Governmental element estimates on the installation of equipment (hereinafter - GESNM) are intended to determine the need for resources (labor costs, machineists, the time of operation of building machines and mechanisms, material resources) when performing work on the installation of equipment and to compile estimated calculations based on them ( SMIT) on the production of specified works by resource and resource-index methods.
GESNM are the source norms for the development of other estimated standards: single rates of federal, territorial and sectoral levels, individual and enlarged estimated standards.
Approved and entered into the federal register of estimated standards to be applied when determining the estimated value of capital construction facilities, the construction of which is funded with the attraction of federal budget funds by order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated January 30, 2014 No. 31 / (as amended by the order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia of 07.02.2014 No. 9 / PR)
