State estimated standards. State elemental estimated commissioning standards (hereinafter referred to as GESNP) are intended to determine the need for resources (commissioning of commissioning staff) when performing commissioning and to compile estimated calculations (estimated) on the production of specified works by resource and resource-index methods.
GESNP are the source norms for the development of other estimated standards: single rates of federal, territorial and industry levels, individual and enlarged estimated standards.
Approved and entered into the federal register of estimated standards to be applied in determining the estimated value of capital construction facilities, the construction of which is funded with the involvement of the federal budget funds by order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation of January 30, 2014. No. 31 / PR (as amended by the order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia of 07.02.2014 No. 39 / PR)
