In a specialized catalog of standard grades of the USSR 1923-1991, except for brands of officially issued in the postal treatment, their types of printing, paper and perforation, brand with graphic differences, printing defects, some falsifications are included. The extensive material preceded the production of brands, - sketches, drawings and copyright samples, projects and Samples of the Goznak (unapproved and approved) Postal departments are widely represented, including those paid by stamps, in the postal appeal not arrived.
Annexes contain information about postal tariffs, bibliographic data for used literature, describes the test inscriptions and signs of printing houses, as well as some projects.
