Sergey Gevorkyan is a famous Moscow poet, the organizer of poetic evenings in the CDRI"s fireplace hall and the annual poetic festival Acupuncture, the author of the seven collections of poems. Published since the late 1990s. The first book, with now the paradoxically sounding name Night Watch, came out in 2000
Rhyme Gieworkyana Examination, its sizes are tailored not by era. They are inertial archaic of the Russian poetic classics. Gevorkian combines a flame of temperament with ice-based technicalism. His stuffs are hardened in a long struggle with the inertia of the disintegrating language. This is a poetry of inflamed conscience and self-consciousness.
