Jazz Club "Square" celebrates the anniversary. 50 years is a solid age for a public association, in which several generations of the Leningrad -Petersburg musicians have grown. The club was the only place where jazz always listened, jazz played, and where those who loved jazz came. The “square "has become part of urban culture, without its activity and without the efforts of the permanent president of the club Nathan Leitsa (1937-2013), the St. Petersburg Jazz school would develop much slower.
