The manual was published as part of the educational and methodological kit for the program From Birth to School.
The manual presents work planning and the consistent training system, which are a combination of gymnastic exercises and games with elements of sports gymnastics, taking into account the age characteristics of pupils of older preschool age and gender affiliation. Monitoring forms are also presented, which will allow the teacher to evaluate the degree of development of the content of the program.
Recommendations are given to teachers to equip the subject environment for sports gymnastics.
