The manual was published as part of the educational and methodological kit for the program From Birth to School.
The manual presents work planning and the consistent training system, including gymnastic exercises and games with elements of gymnastics. Classes on the proposed program will help the teacher enrich the content of the motor activity of older preschool children, introduce them to the theory and history of sports gymnastics, to motivate preschoolers lead a healthy lifestyle, taking into account the age characteristics of pupils and gender affiliation.
The program is attached to the aesthetics of form, beauty and freedom of movement, the logical completeness of gymnastic combinations. A distinctive feature is the variety of means and methods of their use, which allows me to purposefully affect the development of all the basic functions of the body
