About the book
The book presents 16 poses from the author’s course of yoga for children. For more than thirty years, Lauren Pajalung, following the covenants of his teacher, conducts classes with kids. Today she is convinced of the value of yoga as a training technique for young children, although this understanding did not come to her immediately.
The main task of "children"s" yoga is to help kids in knowing the world. Parents should not perceive it only as gymnastics: when practicing with children, we must not forget that yoga for them is primarily a game. When you ask the children to become strong, like a lion, or light, like a butterfly, they can easily transform into these animals. Adults, however, requires a long preparation of mind and consciousness.

From the author
"This book is dedicated to the youngest readers with their amazing ability to simply be". My hot desire is to help them preserve this skill as long as possible.
I dream of presenting this book to all children of the world. I hope that they will receive a new interesting experience. And adults would like to recall once again: to play and be happy, the child is quite enough for our love and willingness to do something with him. ”

How to work with a book
Here are some tips for parents how to help the child master yoga.
Do not force the child to harden in a fixed position for a long time - Asana. Children are not characterized by immobility: they simply cannot maintain the same pose for a long time.
Take your time. Over time, carried away by a game that requires imagination and creativity, the child will learn to endure and patience in order to maintain immobility longer.
During the exercises, invent stories involving good and funny animals. Creative spontaneous game helps emotional development - children with great love are invented characters.

For whom this book
For parents of children from 2 years old
