Sports morphology: Textbook

The textbook discusses the tasks, methods, issues of classification and prospects for the development of sports morphology. The authors illuminated the problems of a comprehensive study of a person at the stages of sports ontogenesis, and the hereditary-environmental reactions to training loads in preschool and school age children are considered. Biological development options, sexual characteristics, typical reactions of the body to corrective, developing and harmonizing physical exercises are presented. Information is given about the features of building physical education classes in kindergartens, schools, specialized Sports Schools and sports academies.
