Sport school. History and modernity

The book is dedicated to children and youth sports, the history of the creation and development of sports schools in our country since the mid-1920s of the last century to this day. On the basis of many years of work, the author’s point of view of the training of a sports reserve is stated. During this time, legal, organizational and methodological aspects of the activity of sports schools in line with the transformations that took place in society have repeatedly changed. Important state decisions adopted at different stages, which significantly influenced the main trends in the development of the organizational structure of sports schools and the content of many years of training athletes.
The book is intended for managers and employees of executive bodies in the field of education, physical culture and sports of various levels, directors, specialists and trainers of sports schools, as well as other educational and physical education organizations.
