Apikuni- a distant white shirt- such a name was given by Indian-Tsi-Blane writer James Willard Schultsu (1859-1947), who lived among them for a long time, traded with them, studied their story, beliefs and customs, was married to a girl from the Piegan tribe tribe . In the next volume of Schulz"s works, three stories were included, two of which first come out in Russian.
