This book is an unusual and exciting experiment. For the first time, an attempt was made to apply ancient practice - biolocation - to create an original methodology in coaching.
It is proposed with its help to more effectively solve many tasks of the training process: these are the problems of selection, and the problems of planning, and the implementation of complex control, and a number of other important functions in the work of the coach.
The presented technique is very universal - it is equally convenient for any sport and for any level of qualification of coaches and athletes. It is easily mastered and takes a little time.
The author in no case calls for replacing the traditional theory and methodology of sports with something else. On the contrary, he is convinced that sports science must be most improved and developed as possible. But if support from other methods and means is possible, then it makes no sense to refuse it
