The monograph is devoted to the study of the physiological mechanisms of the formation of a new stereotype of breathing and gas homeostasis as a result of arbitrarily programmable effects on the external link in the self -regulation of the functional respiration system (FSD) From the system positions, the external and internal link of the FSD self -regulation was studied in people of various levels of training and the type of locomotor activity. At the same time, the economical structure of the respiratory act in athletes was revealed as a result of a long effect of locomotor effects on vegetative functions.
