The methodological manual was compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education for the discipline "Physical Culture and Sports" for all directions of preparation of undergraduate. An individual selection of sports or systems of physical exercises, self-control and hygiene involved in physical exercises and sports, professional and applied physical training of students, physical education in the professional activities of the bachelors are considered. Significant attention is paid to the methodology for evaluating and correction of posture and physique.
The educational material is presented, dedicated to the innovative methodology for the use of recreational complexes of targeted neutralizing effects on the body of both students - users computers, tablets, etc., and employees of modern offices equipped with a significant amount of office equipment. The typification of occupational diseases of this category of employees, methodological recommendations for their neutralization on the basis of health and control methods, as well as methods of self-control of health indicators using diagnostic hardware and software complexes and systems (APEC) are considered.
