The manual is addressed to teachers of preschool educational organizations, physical education instructors, sports school coaches, and teachers of the system of additional education. The structure of the partial program complies with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Preschool Education, which makes it possible to use it as a section of the mandatory part of the basic educational program of preschool education, when developing a part of the program formed by participants in educational relations, to conduct circle work in the DOO or in organizations of the additional education system.
The manual presents non -traditional approaches to solving the problems of the physical development of older preschool children, the development of the most important mental processes, personal and physical qualities, the formation of the motivational basis of motor, cognitive, gaming and communicative activities, and prerequisites for educational activities. The program considers the logic and system of building the educational process, taking into account these tasks, age characteristics of older preschool children, the prospects of their further personal and sports formation
