Modern sports training system

In a monograph published for the first time a quarter of a century ago, the results of the development of a domestic sports system at the turn of the 21st century are summed up. The main components of the sports training system are described, the scientific grounds for the training and consumer process are disclosed. Most of the materials presented have not lost their relevance to the present. The creation of the monograph was attended by leading scientists, practices, teachers of sports universities and research institutes, who made an outstanding contribution to the development of a modern system of sports training.
