The monograph is devoted to the problem of improving the technique of pedaling in bicycle sports relevant in scientific, theoretical and practical meanings. The monograph presents an analysis of foreign and domestic literary sources devoted to the problems of searching for highly effective technical means and techniques that help improve the technique of circular pedaling in cycling, describes the most typical errors in the execution of cyclists, presented by the authors the innovative methodology for the use of a special gym device aimed at increasing the increase useful action coefficient when pedaling with cyclists and methodological recommendations for its use in the training process.
