The subject of analysis in this monograph is the ideology and technology of mass physical education and sports work, adequate to modern requirements, national goals and strategic objectives of the development of our country, including a new strategy for the development of physical culture and sports until 2030
based on the integration of empirical and the theoretical analysis (i.e. a comprehensive scientific research) and based on the results of many years of own theoretical and applied research, as well as other domestic and foreign specialists, the author substantiates the need to rethink value attitudes, directions, goals, objectives of mass physical education and sports work , the development and implementation of innovative forms and methods in the practice of ensuring not only the physical education and sports activity of the population, but the main thing is the significance of this activity as a factor in improving the quality of life of Russians, their personal development, orientation towards spiritual values.
