The life of Jack London, the creator of the famous novel of the “heart of the three”, itself looked like a novel. He drew plots for his works from bright life impressions. Jack knew firsthand what the life of a factory worker, a goldfiner and even a pirate - he illegally mined oysters in the private bay of San Francisco. All these "adventures" were generated by need, because the London family was very in poverty. But not only: the future writer inherited the passion for adventures from his mother - Flora Wellman conducted spiritual sessions, talked with spirits and longed for rapid enrichment. Jack"s father was an equally extravagant person: William Cheney was considered one of the most famous experts in magic and astrology in America. It is not surprising that Jack very early manifested the ability to penetrate the secrets of human souls and understand the actions of others.
The most exciting novels of London are always captivated by psychological depth, truthfulness in the image of heroes and ... romance. So in the last novel of the writer - the “hearts of the three " - readers are worried not so much the adventure of the treasure hunters of Francis and Henry Morganov as their love for the beautiful Leoncia and her response feelings. However, the flared passion will not change these open and sincere natures, alien to tricks and not capable of betrayal.
