The methodological manual was compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education for the discipline "Physical Culture and Sports" for all directions of preparation of undergraduate.
Topics such as: physical culture in the general cultural and vocational training of students, the socio-biological foundations of physical culture, the basis of the healthy lifestyle of the student, the means of physical culture in regulation of performance, the methodological and pedagogical foundations of physical training, the basics of the methodology independent exercises. Significant attention is paid to the methods of effective and economical ways to master vital skills: walking, skiing, swimming, self -massage, vibration massage, hydromassage.
The educational material is presented, devoted to the prevention and neutralization of the negative consequences of using information and communication technologies (ICT) for the health of students - users by ICT means, as well as a typification of negative consequences.
For students and teachers of institutions of higher and secondary vocational education
