Sergey Petrovich Melgunov (1880-1956) - Russian historian and politician. At first, he was the cadet of the "Party of People"s Freedom", since 1907 - the Ennesovs of the "Party of People"s Socialists" and, first of all, by a member of the anti -Bolshevik struggle, which followed the October Revolution.
