In monographs, innovative biological technologies for the diagnosis and correction of the physical condition of athletes in the process of training and rehabilitation and health procedures are presented. Based on the system analysis of the psychophysiological and social adaptation of persons involved in physical culture and sports, the principles of compiling training and health programs are determined. Manual, diagnostic and rehabilitation and rehabilitation possibilities of using laserphoresis of biologically active substances in sports were revealed. The information significance of the blood system and other biological fluids with moderate and extreme training loads in the sports of the highest achievements has been established. From the position of the theory of functional systems, a characteristic of a comprehensive program for assessing effective activity, taking into account the psychophysiological state and functional capabilities of the body of athletes, is given. The rehabilitation and fitness efficiency of individual heat-cold procedures and physical activity with the correction of the microelene composition of blood and vitamin supply in the restoration and rehabilitation of athletes was stated.
