If in the first volume of this book it was about the theoretical part of Qi-gun, then in this second volume we turn to the most interesting and important, directly to practice.
The book is divided into the following parts.
- General principles. It refers to the rules for the posture, the rules for the implementation of qi-guns and the principles of the finger qi guun.
- mini-methodics, the performance of which requires minimal time and minimal skill. A whole class of methods is described under the general name of qi-gun "direct impact on the body" (massage, "tapping-chopping"), as well as qi-gun "for launching qi" and "method of smartening" to the tops-karana.
- one of the "basic" types of qi-guns- a pillar standing. The principles and positions for a pillar standing and even a "pillar seat" are dismantled. The full traditional Qi-gun "Red Flower" complex is described in great detail.
- "Fashionable" styles of qi-guns. This section contains the most popular qi guns styles in modern China. These are eight pieces of brocade, six sounds, a change in muscles and tendons and five animals.
- "Lentysky" qi-guns. Here we are talking about the types of qi-guns, which are performed with minimal efforts, namely in the position of "sitting on the furnace". This is the Taoist qi-gun, eight pieces of brocade in a sitting position and six healing sounds in a sitting position.
For all those interested in self -improvement and improvement of health, as well as the ancient spiritual culture of China
