The book is a karate training course, the synthesis of many of its modern species, united into one fundamental system of physical and spiritual improvement. The proposed training course is divided by didactic signs into sections corresponding to the levels: basic, complicated, increased complexity and higher. At the end of each of the sections, examination tasks are given, the successful execution of which will start to wear a new hierarchical belt and move on to a more complex training program.
In the second (given) book of the course, the material of the final part of the seven-year training course technique from the newcomer to the Grand Master, which includes 700 practical lessons, teaching 1400 various technical actions, increased and higher complexity. It is dedicated to defense techniques against several armed and naked opponents.
The theoretical part of the course, the material of which introduces readers with the history of the development of karate, with its philosophical and medical aspects, teaching methods and the basics of teaching this type of martial arts, as well as the basic and complicated steps of the practical course are in the first book, published in our Publishing house simultaneously with this.
In contrast to many traditional karate styles, which practices training in limited contact, the teaching methods set forth in the book and the rules of competition can improve technical actions using complete contact. This will undoubtedly have a positive effect on the formation of higher speed-power qualities and various types of reaction among fighters, as well as on strengthening their bodies in order to confront the enemy’s strong blows and, of course, to educate the spirit of an athlete-beetz.
