In this monograph, on the example of sports martial arts based on general laws and principles of management of complexly disordic systems, as well as theoretical, experimental and practical developments conducted by the author for almost 40 years, a concept for managing sports training in the types of shock martial arts, which can be used in other Types of sports martial arts, and individual provisions can be applied in other sports. The results of the author’s work confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of a systematic approach to the issues of building a training process, the need to control the preparedness of athletes and correct training loads during their fixation.
