The author of the book Yang Sulestein is a famous poetry translator, a philologist and poet. In his book, he collected articles dedicated to different periods of Russian poetry - from the XIX to the XXI century, from Tyutchev and Feta to Schwartz and Sedakova. Interesting essays are devoted to rarely analyzed poets of the 20th century - Arkady Steinbergu, Sergey Petrov, Roald Mandelstam.
