The publication is devoted to the operational treatment of patients with diseases of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. The authors show the experience of leading surgeons at frequently performed interventions on the spine. The anatomical prerequisites for the occurrence and distribution of pathological processes with the rationale for the most adequate surgical tactics are outlined. Details described operational treatment with idiopathic scoliosis, dorzal youth kyphosis, congenital deformations of the spine, posterior loaf hernias of intervertebral discs, spondylo-lisa and spondylolisthesis, as well as intra- and extrumular neoplasms. Great practical interest is a generalization of surgical experience in decomprementing and stabilizing interventions, as well as endoscopic dischactomy of the thoracic spine. The book contains more than 600 high-quality illustrations.
The book is intended for neurosurgeons, orthopedists and traumatologists
