The reader contains various texts for reading, along with a system of diverse tasks. The exercises are of varying degrees of difficulty, for different grades, and are aimed at teaching comprehension of the text, the ability to analyze and structure information, to find and highlight the main points. There are also exercises and techniques for steadily increasing reading speed, forming positive motivation, developing concentration, and maintaining the results achieved.
The book combines modern text processing techniques and speed reading. This allows for quick and stable results in increasing reading speed and eliminates a formal approach to reading, motivating children to work independently.
The materials in the book do not duplicate the school curriculum, but complement it.
