"Speech to the German nation" I.G.Fihte, who saw the light in 1808 and was the continuation of his lecture courses "the main features of the modern era", are devoted to the issues, and at this time remaining in the center of intense attention. In them, the Great German idealist nominates his own vision of an ancient and new history of Europe, develops original concept of nation, language and education, and its own version of the latter - "New National Education" - is offered to them as a way to overcome the spiritual crisis of the German people and the beginning of the new World Wide Epoch stories.
