The textbook discusses the peculiarities of written language disorders in younger schoolchildren with dysgraphia, as well as the complex ethiopathological factors that cause written language disorders in this group of children. It presents the diagnosis of written language disorders and other higher mental functions in children with dysgraphia. The methodology of speech therapy work for correcting dysgraphia is described, detailing the directions, stages, principles, and methods of speech therapy intervention taking into account the specific symptoms and mechanisms of dysgraphia in 3rd-4th grade students. The textbook is written in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education of the latest generation. It is aimed at students of higher educational institutions studying in the field of 44.03.03 'Special (defectological) education'. It may be useful for undergraduate students studying in the fields of 44.03.02 'Psychological-pedagogical education', 44.03.01 'Pedagogical education' - future elementary school teachers.
