The training manual presents the theoretical foundations and possibilities of spectral methods of analysis, the principles of preparation and conduct of spectroscopic experiments, processing their results are considered. A detailed description of laboratory works and equipment is given for the main sections of spectral analysis: atomic-emission analysis, atomic-abusing spectrometry and molecular absorption spectrometry, luminescent analysis and refractometry. Each chapter gives the theoretical introduction necessary for the performance of practical tasks, control issues and tasks are proposed. The content of the manual corresponds to the program on the special course "Spectral Analysis Methods" for chemical specialties of universities.
The manual is intended for students of higher educational institutions studying in chemical, biological and pharmaceutical areas of training and specialties will be useful to graduate students, teachers and employees specializing in the field of analytical spectrometry, and a wide range of specialists working in the production of polymeric materials and products of organic synthesis, examination of quality and safety of pharmaceutical and food products
