The poem Venus and Adonis brought Glory to Shakespeare among the educated public, they say, London Chairs held the book under the pillow, and Oxford students memorized the whole passenger and hung them on the streets. Lucretia also had a considerable success at the reader, the poem is based on the plot from the ancient Roman history described by Tit Libyha and Ovid, retold by J. Choseer in the Legends of Good Wives.
Discussions around the sonnets of William Shakespeare still do not subside: Do the Savenets are really autobiographical? Was there a love triangle, which is stated in the sonnets 133, 134 and 144? Who was the prototype of a friend and the dark lady? The famous Suntenets of Shakespeare are published in the classic translation of Samuel Marshak.
In addition, four essays of translator G.M. entered Kruzhkov, dedicated to intriguing and not fully cleaned questions regarding the poems of Shakespeare and his sonnets
