Johann Strauss Sin is a great Austrian composer, primarily famous as the author of many dance works. Among them, waltzes occupy a special place. The author’s characteristic names of the waltzes are masterfully reflected in musical content. The structure of essays is unusual: five waltzed topics are concluded between the introduction and the code, which are a kind of waltz “garland”.
In this series, it is planned to publish the most complete collection of waltz of Strauss in a piano shift. One of the 12 waltzes of this issue was dedicated to the wife of the Grand Duke during Strauss stay in Russia.
The publication is addressed to students of music schools, schools, universities, as well as a wide range of music lovers
