Baby + baby: piano duets and terraces

Since the end of the 19th century, the piano duet in Russia has been one of the most popular types of collective creativity. A huge number of musical literature were offered to the attention of home music love fans: transcription of opera and ballet music, transfers of popular songs, copyright plays.
In the XX century, the traditions of amateur muscles are reflected in children"s musical pedagogy. Piano ensembles took their place in the training program for young pianists. The repertoire of the genre was enriched at the expense of copyright works written specifically for children, taking into account their age characteristics.
Now, in the 21st century, interest in the art of the piano duet is incredibly great. Life made its adjustments to a children"s musical education, which has been significantly rejuvenated. The need for a repertoire, understandable and affordable for children 5-6 years old, has increased.
This collection presents piano duets and terraces that allow you to expand the children"s ensemble repertoire. Figuration and genre plays are designed for classroom work and concert practice of students of the preparatory and elementary grades of the Children"s School and the Children"s School. Color illustrations accompanying each play are designed to arouse children"s imagination.
