Theobald Boy (1794-1881) is a musician, known primarily as an inventor of a transverse flute of a modern look. Bemi devoted composer activities to his beloved tool: in his heritage - plays, variations and fantasies for flute and piano, a concert for a flute with an orchestra, as well as plays and sketches for flute solo, which occupy not the last place in the repertoire of a modern flutist. The publication included 24 sketches for the Flate OR. 37 and 12 sketches for the flute OR. 15.
