Sociology: lecture course

In this study manual, there is a course of lectures on sociology, which examines key problems of sociological science: the historical aspects of the formation of sociological knowledge, sociology as a branch of scientific knowledge, society as an object of sociology, social structure of society, social stratification and social mobility, social norms and social controls , social groups, organizations, generality, special sociological theories, etc. To successfully master these sections, a glossary is proposed, as well as a number of logical schemes and tables, in which complex sociological material acquires a clear and structured form.
This lecture course is recommended for bachelors, masters studying in the direction of sociology, graduate students and teachers, as well as for all who seek to know the laws of the functioning of society and the specifics of sociological knowledge
