The monograph is the result of an interdisciplinary study of the problems of interaction and partnership of society, the state and the economy, which is one of the fundamental ideas of this work. Applying a phenomenological approach, the author analyzed and disclosed the essence of the existing in society, the state and economy of the general and controversial and, accordingly, a certain role of the human factor in their transformation, which made it possible to expand the content of transformation processes, given the economic and social approaches and methods. The influence of globalization on the development of the country in the interaction of world and national using the strataghemium of cooperation is disclosed.
