The proposed educational and training manual contains a variety of tasks on social studies, the completion of which will allow for a thorough study of the subject matter in 8th and 9th grades and prepare students qualitatively for the Unified State Exam (OGE). The workbook includes 7 main sections of the course: 'Man. Individual. Personality', 'Society', 'Sphere of spiritual culture', 'Economics', 'Social sphere of society', 'Political sphere of society', 'Legal sphere of society'. The tasks in the manual proportionally reflect the main content of the subject in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education. The content of the proposed tasks is aimed at developing students' key competencies. The test materials provided in the manual can be used by students for independent exam preparation and by teachers for organizing work with the textbook in class when studying new material and as sets of homework assignments, as well as for conducting ongoing and thematic assessment of students' knowledge. The educational and training workbook is not oriented towards a specific textbook and therefore has a universal character. The book complements the educational and methodological manual 'Social Studies. Preparation for the OGE-2017. 9th grade. 30 training versions based on the 2017 demo version'.
