This monograph is aimed at a comprehensive comparative legal study of the Institute of Youth Public Associations created and operating both in Russia and other CIS countries. Through the analysis of the legislation of the CIS countries, the author explores the legal status of youth public associations and reveals the problem of consolidating their legal status, its relationship with the legal status of other youth associations. Particular attention is paid to the protest of the legislation in the implementation of the state youth policy, the objects and subjects of which are youth associations. The object of work is social relations that develop in the process of organization and activities of youth public associations, as well as the consolidation of their legal status in the legislation of Russia and the CIS countries. The purpose of the study is a comparative constitutional and legal analysis of the features of the organization and activities of youth public associations of Russia and other CIS countries, their legal status, organizational and legal forms of youth public associations in these countries, the identification of problems and directions for the improvement of the legal regulation of the organization and activities of youth associations.
