World mess

The rules, politics and institutions that guided countries after the Second World War have greatly exhausted themselves. The election of Donald Trump and an unexpected vote for "Brexit" signal that many in modern democracies reject important aspects of globalization, including boundaries open to trade and immigrants. The world is changing, and these changes are not in favor of the United States.
The world mess occurs. But the world cannot be stable or prosperous without the United States, however, the United States cannot be restraining force without renewing its policy.
