This small book was written in 2021. In February 2022, a special military operation began in Ukraine. The logic of relations between Russia and the West has come to an extreme degree of confrontation at the Ukrainian theater of military operations. It is difficult for many to come to terms with this course of events. The confrontation of our state with the West is a common phenomenon of the last centuries, but the tragedy of the current turnover of history lies in the fact that Ukraine has become a military opponent of Russia, whose people are not much different from the Russian people. It is mainly about human rights and freedoms. It is important to understand how the concept of human rights will change, what new accents will be staged in a rapidly changing world environment, as well as how a system of rights and freedoms can affect the life of mankind for the better, how to transform and strengthen this system so that it remains effective in this violently transforming world
