The narrative of the life path and the work of the Russian book publisher F.F. Pavlenkov (1839-1900) is released by the second edition. During his almost 40-year creative period, he published a large regiment of books for self-education, starting from the ABC and ending with philosophical works. It consists of a book of domestic and foreign authors for almost all branches of knowledge and sciences, a multi-volume "illustrated library of fairy tales" of all times and peoples, known today the 200-volume biographical library "ZhZL", renewed by M. Gorky, affordable at the price of works Pushkin, Lermontov, Gogol and much more. The second edition of the book was supplemented by the head of the activities of the Commonwealth of Pavlenkovsky libraries, initiated by Pavlenkov and open by his will in the Russian outback.
