Antonio Gramsha is a prominent Italian politician, writer and thinker. It is considered one of the founders of neo -Marxism, at the same time it is called its predecessor “new right” in Europe. One of the main provisions of the theory of Gramsha is the doctrine of hegemony, i.e. The dominance of a certain class in the state with the help of not so much coercion as the ideological processing of the population through the media, educational and cultural institutions, the church, etc.
