The book presents the forecast of scenarios and algorithms for the development of the system of international relations until 2050. The prerequisites are analyzed for the formation of a new world order in the configuration of the three -level system of international relations as an alternative to further randomly randomization of world politics. In developing conditions, the world needs a new system of interaction, a distinctive feature of which will be that states will have to adapt to the permanent state of chaos and look for models with each other to maintain stability in the world. By 2050, international law will be discarded, and the role of international treaties and conventions will become void. The “Rules” that will be developed by leading superpower will be replaced by the usual, but not effective, system of international law and turn out to be situational - that is, they will have a “precedent” nature and constitute AD HOC agreements.
