Since the beginning of 2014, several large -scale events have occurred in the geopolitical arena, vaguely reminiscent of those that were on the eve of the First World War. As if programming society for plucking development, the media began to more actively warm up the atmosphere of the inevitability of global hostilities. In the minds of people, this gives rise to fear of the near future: “Will there be the Third World War? How soon will it begin? ”
