The monograph has developed theoretical principles and methodology of studying the political process (on the example of the Caspian region), which is studied as an integral system, the levels and structural elements of which, possessing internal logic of development, can also be formed under the influence of the Buddhist civilizational factor. The systemic structural significance of Russian civilization is highlighted.
The book is intended for researchers and teachers of universities studying the interaction of cultures and civilizations, religion and politicians, for students, whose specialization is associated with the study of the cultural, historical, political, tourist and other potential of peoples and countries.

Candidate of historical sciences (1996, Isaa at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov), associate professor of the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples. The author of a number of scientific works published in Russia, as well as in the UK, India, China, Mongolia, Nepal, including four monographs, two of which were published in the USA, textbooks, and a co -author of textbooks for university students and schoolchildren.
