The oral media as the sphere of existence of the literary language is one of the key topics of the linguistic agenda, the scientific interest for which is dictated by at least two reasons: the transformation of the role and place of television speech in the linguistic, scientific and orthological situation of the latest time and often with the delamination between the real practice of media workers and normative attitudes of professionally oriented descriptions. The study of the empirical material representing different segments of the television speech of the Soviet era and the current moment made it possible to determine the principles of the organization and the originality of the orthoepic mediastandard
