State regulation of a market economy and entrepreneurship. Legal problems

The influence of the state on the economy, the relationship of state and entrepreneurship, the role of law in state regulation of the market have always been issues of acute discussion in the science and practice of economic activity. In this work, an attempt was made to answer questions that arise at the same time, to present the reader the general concept of the functioning of the mechanism of state regulation of a market economy and entrepreneurship, to reveal the relationship and mutual influence of the economy, state and law in the implementation of his activity. At the same time, the author discloses the system of means, instruments of state regulation of a market economy, considers the legal form of individual means of regulation: planning, functioning of the public sector, registration, licensing, etc. Normative legal acts are given as of November 1, 2004
