Social computer science

The textbook is an introduction into a circle of problems that are studied in a relatively new field of scientific knowledge - social computer science. It considers social computer science as a field of scientific knowledge, as well as the role of information in the development of society, the information resources of society, the information potential of society, the information society and a person in the information society.
